The Previous Documentary Evaluation (PDE) is a preliminary review service of the supporting documents required for the issuance of licenses (seamanbooks) for seafarers working, or willing to work, on board Panamanian Flag vessels.
After a successful evaluation, the Training Center issues a PDE Certificate, confirming that the documentation complies with Panama Maritime Authority requirements.
MTCC provides full assistance throughout the PDE process, including document review, validation, and issuance of the PDE Certificate, ensuring a smooth and compliant application before submitting to the Panama Maritime Authority.
