Through our Maritime Training and Certification Center, we provide training, examination, certification, and filing support ensuring full compliance with registry requirements.
The Liberian Registry has authorized the Marine Training and Certification Center as Filing Agents to process Certificates of Competence for officers applying for new or upgraded COCs.
