This course is intended for masters, officers, ratings, and other personnel designated on muster lists to assist passengers in emergency situations on board passenger ships. It provides the knowledge, understanding, and proficiency required to manage and control passenger movement, ensure safety, and maintain order during normal operations and emergency situations.
